- I’m having website issues
- I didn’t receive my signup confirmation link to my mailbox?
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the link to be received. During busy signup periods the email confirmation link can be delayed. Please also remember to check your junk/spam folder first as it may have ended up in there. If for some reason you don’t receive it please contact us via our online contact form, Support Forum or even via Twitter or Facebook and we will make sure you get the access you need.
- How do I create a listing?
All you need to do is Register and click ‘Create Listing‘ in the top right hand corner of the website and follow the on screen instructions. Remember to add as much information as possible, including good quality images.
*All listing go through an approval process to avoid people falsely creating a spam listing. If we suspect any suspicious activity your listing may be rejected.
- How do I claim my listing?
If your business has been added by us you can claim it by clicking the ‘Claim Listing’ button on your listing header image. You’ll then be asked to sign in or register. You’ll next be asked to choose your listing plan. Click next and fill out the ‘Listing Details’ page with your necessary business information. Make sure you fill in as much information as possible including some good quality images which showcase your products. This will attract customers. Click next and you will be notified via email if your claim has been approved*.
Once you are approved you’ll then become the owner of the listing and will be responsible for the information it contains.
*All listing claims go through an approval process to avoid people falsely claiming a listing. If we suspect any suspicious activity towards a claim you may be asked to prove you are the business owner by direct messaging us through your companies official twitter account or providing us proof of identification.
- I’ve claimed/created my business listing but I cannot see it?
All listings are manually approved by us to avoid fake/spam listings. This process can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually super quick. If we feel there’s something not quite right with your listing we will contact you.
- What listing plans do you offer?
We currently offer 3 plans: Free listing, Advert Free listing and a 30 Day Promotional Listing.

- I’d like to have my listing featured?
If at any time you’d like to upgrade your listing to feature on our homepage and/or category page, you can do so by signing in and going to your listing overview https://bitcoinpeople.online/user/listings. Click the pencil icon under ‘Actions’. From the next screen you can select if you’d like to feature your listing on the homepage and/or it’s selected category pages.
- What payment methods do you accept to feature or promote a listing?
Currently we accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, DogeCoin, ReddCoin and PayPal. All cryptocurrency payments are made securely via GoURL payment gateway
- What benefits are there to featuring my listing on the homepage and/or category pages?
We currently have over 2000 visitors a day, having your listing in prime position at the top of the homepage is a safe way to be seen by them. All featured listings are also advertised throughout the rest of the site including our faucet page and forum. We also regularly shout about your company on social media. It’s great value for money.
- How long is my listing featured for?
All featured listing’s last for 30 days. You can choose to feature it again after that time.
- How many listings can I create
We only allow our users to own one free/advert free listing. If you wish to have a second listing for either your business and/or product, please create a promotional listing.
- How do I leave a Review or have a review removed
To leave a review please make sure you’re signed in. Select your star rating, input a review title & content and click submit. Your review will be available for everyone to see immediately. However, please note that all reviews are moderated. If we feel a review is spam or not from a genuine customer, it will be removed.
If you’re a business owner and you’re not happy with a review, please contact us immediately and state your concerns and we will look into the matter. You can contact us via our contact form
- How do I claim free Bitcoin via the faucet?
Firstly you will need a FaucetHub account here. Link your Bitcoin address within FaucetHub. You’ll then need to create an account with BitcoinPeople and input your Bitcoin address you generated on FaucetHub in the Bitcoin address field at the bottom of your profile page. Your Bitcoin address will then be linked to your profile which enables you to claim. You can now successfully claim free Bitcoin hourly via our faucet.
- When will I receive my payout from the faucet?
Each time you claim the amount will accumulate until you reach 10,000 Satoshi’s. When that amount is reached you’ll receive the payment. Unfortunately transaction fees are to high to pay out under 10,000.
- How do I check how much I’ve earnt via the faucet?
You can keep tabs on your earnings by inputting your bitcoin address in the ‘Check your Bitcoin Address Statistic’ field found in your user account on the left hand side. This will show you what you have claimed, what’s been paid and what hasn’t.
- I’ve posted a new topic on the forum but nothing has appeared?
Our forum is moderated. All first time posts are subject to approval. If your post hasn’t been published it’s probably because we felt it wasn’t suited for it’s topic, contained sensitive material or was spam.
